Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. There is no card to enter and nothing is charged. The Terms of Service say that if paid plans come, their prices will be published and you will be told at least 30 days before any fee applies to your organisation.
What is limited?
New organisations send up to 20 documents a day during their first 14 days, so the service cannot be used for phishing. Each uploaded file can be up to 25 MB. After the first 14 days the daily limit no longer applies.
Is embedded signing included?
Yes. The signing page can be shown inside your own website or app with one script, with your colour and language, and your server gets webhooks for every step. See the embedding guide at /docs/embed.
Do the people who sign need an account?
No. They open a link, sign on their phone or computer, and get the signed PDF. Signers never pay and never register.
Is there a per-user price?
No. Invite as many colleagues as you need; roles are Owner, Admin and Member.
